On Sunday, November 19, Pr. Marion will lead Adult Forum. She says: Sunday, Dec. 3rd is the first Sunday of Advent and the first Sunday of the new Church Year. As this new year begins we will leave aside Matthew’s Gospel and begin reading from the Gospel of Mark. Come to the adult forum this Sunday to learn more about Mark’s unique story of Jesus and how we will explore that during the coming year.

Bishop Steven Ullestad Commented About His Good Shepherd Visit
Bishop Steven Ullestad commented about his visit to Good Shepherd on Sunday, November 15. He said:
“What a joy to be with God’s people at Good Shepherd in Decorah. Mission is in their DNA. One of our leaders in general mission support, they help to sponsor a YAGM, are a part of sponsoring a missionary, proving support for a seminarian, will soon be hosting Barnabas Uplift and even more. No wonder they are such a joyful and hospitable congregation! By the way, Good Shepherd does all of this with an average worship attendance of 107.”
