Lenten Project

Thank you Good Shepherd for all your support of the Good Shepherd Youth Lent Project raising funds to help resettle Afghan guests in the US. The goal of $5000 has been met already! (As of March 20, $5,047.55 has been given!)

The youth have decided that all additional funds raised over that initial goal will be given to our ELCA Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) for the Eastern Europe Crisis caused by Russia’s war in Ukraine.

You can continue to place your gifts for this project in the globe in front of the altar during worship. You can also place checks in the offering plate or mail and note Lent Project on the memo line. These funds will be added to those already given to Good Shepherd and designated for LDR’s Eastern Europe Crisis. 100% of gifts given to LDR for this crisis will go directly to those impacted.
